Who is eligible?

- You received a letter inviting you to participate in the project.
- You had been working and then became disabled and now get Social Security benefits (or SSDI).
- You are under age 65.
- You receive only one monthly check (or deposit) from the Social Security Administration.
- You are not getting Supplemental Security Income (SSI).
- You are not getting Childhood Disability Benefits (CDB) or Disabled Widow(er) benefits (DWB).
If you answered “Yes” to all of the above questions – and want to learn more about the program – send in your response form!
If you are not sure if you are eligible, send in your response form. The project team can then help you determine if you are eligible.
