The Employment Process

From announcing a job opening to interviewing and hiring, accommodations may or may not be necessary. And if they are, the cost is usually minimal. You want the most qualified and best employee for your organization.

The following tips will help you to find the qualified individual while also complying with the law:

Hiring your Workforce. PWDNET (People With Disabilities Network) is a Utah resource available for employers to post job openings and for job seekers to find those job openings. The purpose of this network is to link employers and job seekers who have disabilities. Access free training and supports to understand how to recruit, hire and retain individuals with disabilities. PWDNET offers businesses the ability to target job openings to qualified candidates with disabilities. As a member of the PWD Network you are demonstrating your commitment to a diverse qualified workforce.
