Rocky Mouintain Disability & Business Technical Center Assistance Center Our mission is to provide technical assistance, materials, training, and referrals on the Americans with Disabilities Act and on accessible education-based information technology. Americans with Disabilities Act Technical Assistance Since 1991, your local Disability and Business Technical Assistance Centers (DBTACs)* have been providing information, materials, technical assistance and training on the ADA. In 2001, their responsibilities expanded to include providing those same services in the area of accessible information technology.

Equal Employment Opportunity Commission The EEOC enforces Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex or national origin; the Age Discrimination in Employment Act; the Equal Pay Act; Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act, which prohibits employment discrimination against people with disabilities in the private sector and state and local governments; prohibitions against disability discrimination in the federal government; and sections of the Civil Rights Act of 1991.
